Who is Moo Moo?

Moo Moo is a family owned business, that in all simplicity is built on a passion for ice cream. We make the gelato in the back of our café, where we produce all the good, classic ice creams, and create new recipes after the season, and from new, inspired ideas.

Why vegan?

In Moo Moo we have chosen the plant based path, because we wish to show compassion and love towards the planet, and the animals we share it with. We strive to make ice cream that embraces everyone. Our ice cream is therefore naturally vegan, lactose free and gluten free (except for Oreo, that contains gluten), and we even have a selection of sugar free variants. We believe that ice cream should be enjoyed by everyone, and cause suffering to no one.

If not cows milk, how?

All of our ice cream is based on coconut milk. The high fat contents ensure, as opposed to other plant drinks, the delicious, creamy flavor and texture, that is found in Italian gelato. We never compromise with taste and quality, and we guarantee that all of your senses will be satisfied with our home made ice cream.

LINE FORSBERG

Line is a food engineer, and has a backpack of experience in food hygiene and café management. With a sweet tooth and a love for ice cream and chocolate, she decided to become part of Team Moo Moo in 2021. Line is managing the business, and she is who you will get in contact with when you have any ideas or inquiries.

JACOB FORSBERG

Jacob has a passion for service and hospitality, and you will meet him when he passes your ice cream over the counter. He is always ready with a smile and he will happily guide you through the different ice creams, and make sure you choose the perfect flavor to satisfy your taste buds.
